Justfares does not serve as principal, but makes contracts with third-party providers, such as, but not limited to, carriers, tour operators, suppliers and suppliers.

Through accessing this Site, you agree that the prices provided by Justfares and affiliated companies are the product of negotiations between Justfares and Travel Suppliers and contain some fees which they maintain for their services, taxes and other charges. While booking with any Travel Supplier via this Site, you allow Justfares and affiliate firms to make reservations or to enter into a contract on your behalf with Travel Suppliers for the total price shown, including those fees and any apps.

Justfares shall not be responsible for errors or discrepancies on the Site or for the incompetence of Travel Suppliers from whom you obtain services through this Site, include but are not limited to airlines, tour operators, suppliers and Consolidators. Justfares does not endorse, assure or insure, in the provision of travel management services, the products or services offered by an external supplier, the financial position of such suppliers or the compensation to you of any losses due to the financial situation of such supplier. In the event that the supplier defaults before providing the service to you where payment has been made, your sole claim for reimbursement shall be the defaulting supplier or another responsible third party, unless such loss has been caused solely by Justfares. In situations where the supplier defaults prior to the provision of services, you may have recourse against the supplier for a refund, as permitted by law or by law.

Except as specifically described herein, Justfares takes no responsibility for any activity related to travel facilities outside the jurisdiction of Justfares or its employees. Justfares shall not be liable or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, non-performance, irregularity or any consequence thereof that may be caused by negligence, default or any other act or inaction of any Travel Supplier. Justfares shall not be liable for any fluctuation in price or change in schedule or equipment or accommodation for any travel service that occurs after booking and payment for such service.

Justfares shall not be responsible for any cancellation, overbooking, delay, rerouting, strike, weather or government event as it affects your travel booking made with us. Justfares shall not be responsible for the representation of travel products and services made available by any provider of travel products and services, including, but not limited to, images, specified facilities, reviews and discounts.

Through booking with us, a contract must be entered into between you and the Travel Supplier, and additional terms and conditions may extend to your booking and purchasing of travel related products and services. Please read the additional Terms & Conditions carefully offered by such Travel Supplier. You hereby consent to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Purchase levied by any Travel Supplier with whom you want to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all sums due and compliance with the regulations of the Travel Supplier and limits on the supply and use of tickets, goods or services. Any Travel Suppliers may permit you to provide a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover extra costs incurred through the use of the booked goods or services. Such a deposit is unrelated to any payment collected by Justfares for the reservation of your airline ticket. You understand that any infringement of the rules and restrictions of the Travel Supplier may result in the cancelation of your reservation(s), the denial of access to the respective Service Element or services, the forfeiture of any amount paid for such reservation(s) and/or the debiting of your account for any costs incurred as a result of such infringement.

Disputes

Justfares is dedicated to customer loyalty, but whether you have a complaint or a disagreement, we will try to settle your complaints. You consent to allow us the ability to settle any complaints or allegations relating to the Website, any dealings with our Customer Care Officers, any services or goods offered, any promises made by us or our Privacy Policy ('Claims') by calling Customer Support.

Prohibited Activities

The content and details on Flight fares (including, but not limited to, the price and availability of travel services), as well as the technology used to deliver such content and information, is proprietary to us or to our suppliers and providers. Although you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or service reservations reserved through Justfares, you agree not to else modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, release, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or resell any information, software, products or services received from or through Flightfaresdels. In addition, you promise not to:

1. Use Justfares or their contents for some commercial purpose;

2. make, in expectation of requests, any speculative, misleading or dishonest reservation or reservation;

3. Access, track or copy any material or information about Justfares using any robot, spider, scraper or other automatic means or any manual method for any reason without our express written permission;

4. Breaches the limitations in some Robot Exclusion Headers on Justfares or bypasses or bypasses other measures used to block or restrict access to Justfares;

5. Take any action that, in our discretion, imposes or can place an undue or undue burden on our infrastructure;

6. Deep-link to any section of the Justfares (including, without restriction, the buying route for any travel service) for any reason without our express written permission.

If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, harassment or unusual behavior, we could cancel any travel or service bookings associated with your name, email address or account. In addition, we can check (i.e. pre-authorize) your credit card. If you have engaged in any illegal practice, Justfares retains the right to take the required legal action and you will be responsible for punitive injuries to Justfares, including civil expenses and penalties.
